10 Weeks to Ultimate Health

Just do it. You’ve heard it a million times, just do it!

Not from me you won’t. I don’t believe you should JUST do anything. That’s what’s wrong with society today. We just did it, just ate, just sat on it, just ignored it and now we are paying the price with poor health, ill behaved kids and poor self image and jobs we hate. I believe we should just do the thing that is right. Feelings aside, what is the right thing to do? Peer or family or job pressure aside, what is the right thing to do?

Disclaimer: If your life is perfect and your kids are totally well behaved and kiss you when they come in the door carrying a rose they bought with their milk money, I’m not talking to you!

But if you’re like the rest of us who go through life some days feeling as if we are driftwood in the sea, it’s time for a self check and a permanent change. It is time to achieve your ultimate health and reach your ultimate destination. You must have a true starting place, always start from the truth, with a goal and a plan.

I woke up this morning with a premonition of hope for us a nation when it comes to our health and motivation. I feel a shift in the spirit realm. I get a sense that are getting tired of looking for profound and intellectual answers to simple problems and are almost too proud to admit it. When it comes to health and healing we know what to do, yet many of us have not committed to do anything yet.

Just this morning I was in the grocery store and the clerk says to me, "boy, you are sure shopping healthy". I said, "yes, I love eating and drinking in a healthy way". I said "right now there is so much press about the silent killer of women, heart disease. More women die from heart disease than breast cancer".

She said, "yeah, I know my grandmother died after she had a stroke and my mother had a stroke too. I’m 45 years old and I should do something about it" I perked up and said, "that’s great, you can start today". She said, "no, I just don’t’ feel like it’!!!!!!

I was tempted to carry on the dialogue and try to convince her that she was worth taking care of and suddenly I realized she had to be the one to take the necessary steps to get healthy. I could push her for the next ten minutes, but who would be there after that to convince her that her life was precious and valuable and her future depended on the condition of her health.

I’m just a sap when it comes to helping people. I love people and I don’t want to see anyone lost or hurt. I want every person on the planet to feel great, have awesome energy accomplish their goals and live their dreams.

This clerk then began to tilt her head down and look away as if she were hiding some deep dark secret. It was no secret to me that she did not care about her health, she was overweight, moved lethargically, made excuses for not taking care of the precious body God gave her.

You see, there are no such things as secrets. Whatever you do and say will show up some time and some place. It may show up on your physical body as disease, or some form of unhealthiness. It may appear some place in your life in the form of sabotage, bad relationships, fear, doubt or guilt. There is no hiding from yourself or your secrets. The sooner you allow the truth to surface, the quicker you can move to a healthier place.

You are not reading this by mistake.
It’s time to let go of past secrets or behavior that may have you in psychological bondage. It’s time to move into your ultimate body. That is why I have put together a ten week program that is multifaceted to help you achieve it.

Start right now, get a winner’s attitude. This is your day to begin again. That’s right. Say it out loud. Speak your destiny. "This Is My Day, the past has gone away, I will never bring it up again starting today"! This Is My day! Oh come on, say it scream it, laugh int. Say it so many times your subconscious mind believes it.

It is time for you to work towards your goals and dreams.
You have been given life for a specific purpose. We all were. None of us are here by mistake. Not one! No one can do what you were assigned here on this earth but you. No one can take your place. It is an assignment for you that no one else can fulfill. It has your name on it. No one else has your personality, your unique set of tools or experiences . Your creator has reserved it for you. He’s waiting for you to believe in yourself and recognize your awesomness and accept it.
