INSPIRATION

Inspiration comes from the enthusiasm you generate within yourself. Nothing great has ever been achieved without enthusiasm. The word enthusiasm comes from the Greek words en theos (in God) When God is in you, success is just a dream, a prayer and some action steps away. I believe that the encouraging and self supporting words you use are the best form of inspiration you will find. Success starts on the inside and works it’s magic on the outside.

Start with the words and body language you use when you talk with yourself. Sit taller, walk quicker, smile more, it’s tough to be negative when you’re smiling. Get completely excited about your progress. Replace negative words with positive ones that make you feel powerful.

When I speak in public, or am talking to my clients in classes and videos, I compliment my language with positive comments and encouraging words. Your subconscious mind can’t tell the difference between what’s real and what’s not. Fill it full of your dreams by surrounding yourself with positive pictures, brochures and models that demonstrate in detail what you desire.

During the I CAN assignment, avoid negative conversations with others. They will only change your positive outlook. Just excuse yourself politely, get out of the situation, and run for your life! That’s literally what you’re doing!

Inspiration comes from the root word “in spirit” The spirit that resides in your heart occupying your heart center. What’s your heart center like at this time in your life? What are you feeding it? What kind of messages and emotions are you letting in or better yet, what kind of messages are you creating in your Heart Center? I don’t know where your heart center is at this time, but I do know that no matter where it is, it will respond to the universal spirit of love and peace.

That’s right, your spirit responds to love, self respect, positive reinforcement and gratitude. If you want to move from where you are into a higher plane of living and loving and ultimately high levels of success, you must recognize that you are a blessed person and you have a purpose to fulfill here on Planet Earth. You were not put here to be a taker, to hurt others, to live life in a self destructive mode. Each one of us are supposed to be giving, loving, caring, contributing human beings. When your spirit focuses on serving and servicing others, it’s difficult to focus on your own problems. So right now I want you think about all the situations you could be in; You could be living in another country that does not allow you to have the privilege of freedom and liberty that you have. No matter what your circumstance, you are better off than someone else out there in the world.

You may not have all the money you want, or live in the house of your dreams, you may not be in an ideal relationship or have a loving relationship right now, that’s okay. You are right where you put yourself. Unless someone put you in the trunk of their car and kidnapped you, then it was you who put you here. I am speaking from personal experience. Before I became healthy and emotionally free of worry, doubt and fear, I would blame everyone or everything I could for my circumstances. Don’t get me wrong, I am not making light of your current situation, I just want you to take responsibility for your decisions. It’s time to stop letting others emotionally control you. It’s time for you to engage in your own PR campaign. Personal Responsibility Campaign. Name it and claim it, that way you can re-frame it and change it.
In order to feel like you can move ahead you have to look around for all the things you are thankful and grateful for in your life right now, this moment.

“You are a spiritual being having a human existence”
- Psychologist, Author Dr. Wayne Dyer

“Be ye thankful. “
- Collossians 3:15

Give Thanks Daily

Write down all the things you are grateful for. Do it right now. Write down five things you have been blessed with. Start by writing I have been blessed with and I am grateful for;

1.____________________________________
2.____________________________________
3.____________________________________
4.____________________________________
5.____________________________________

Commit to making this a daily habit. End your daily journaling sessions with your blessings and gratitude entries. Close with a meditation of prayer and thanks for all the things you have entered. You will continue to be blessed with even more wonderful blessings and greater prosperity and abundance.
