My fiance' is in the United States Army, his rank is CPL. I was wondering are we allowed to use the Sword of Arch?

He will be wearing his Dress blues what do you suggest for the groomsmen to wear since they are not in the military?

Only commissioned officers can request an arch of sabers.  Since the groom is the only member of the military, your wedding will be a typical wedding like any other and not a military wedding.  The groomsmen can wear tuxedos.
