Where should the bridal bouquet be at the wedding reception?

There is no hard and fast rule about displaying the bride's bouquet at the reception.  Most brides display it either on the cake table or at the head table in front of their place setting if there is room.  If the bouquet is in a plastic holder, it will lay down nicely.  If the stems are exposed and tied with ribbon, the bouquet will need to be placed upright in a vase of water.  In that case, you might place it on the table where the guest book will be placed, unless you have a toss bouquet to display there.  If the bouquet is fairly tall, it can be placed on the serving tables (if you are having a buffet rather than a sit-down dinner).
